In 2003, the HOSPITEN Group set up the Neurosonology and Cerebral Haemodynamics Unit, with the aim of introducing TRANSCRANIAL DOPPLER SONOGRAPHY which uses ultrasound to study of the flow rate of the main intracranial arteries. This is a simple, non-invasive, high-quality technique offering many investigation possibilities, which currently comes highly recommended by international agencies and scientific bodies.
