The Canary Government recognizes the Hospiten Group for taking the Canary economy to an international level

The healthcare group has been honored by the regional government’s Department of Economy, Industry, Trade and Knowledge within the framework of the ‘Canary Islands International Forum, and through Proexca’

The Hospiten Group has received the recognition of the Canary Government’s Department of Economy, Industry, Trade and Knowledge for taking the Canary economy to an international level within the framework of the I Canary Islands International Forum, held recently and organized by Proexca.

The Hospiten Group is an international healthcare network committed to providing top quality service, with over 45 years’ experience that started out in the north of Tenerife and currently has nineteen private medical-hospital centers in Spain, the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Jamaica, and over a hundred ambulatory health centers, both their own and associated under the brand name Clinic Assist, and which attends over a million patients a year from all over the world. 

The recognition of the regional government lends value to the work of Hospiten, which has positioned the Canary brand oversees, in addition to becoming a reference for quality in private healthcare services.

Hospiten board member, Francisco Cobiella, who collected the award from the Secretary for the Economy, Pedro Ortega, expressed his gratitude and explained that Hospiten’s achievements lie mainly in the commitment, effort and hard work the great professionals at the group do on a daily basis, and who make up a workforce of more than 4,000 people.
