Santa Cruz de Tenerife, July 7, 2017:- The founder and president of the Hospiten Group, Pedro Luis Cobiella Suarez, has received the Best Business Career Award from the journal ‘Actualidad Económica’ in the framework of the Business Success Awards in Tenerife , that the publication granted this week under the sponsorship of Bankia.
Pedro Luis Cobiella Beauvais, his son and Managing Director of the healthcare group group, received the award on behalf of his father, who was at the inauguration of the ceremony of a new center in the Hospiten Group in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, from the Managing Director of ‘Actualidad Económica’, Miguel Angel Belloso.
During his speech, Pedro Luis Cobiella Beauvais recalled "the ability to work, attitude and desire to overcome" that characterizes his father and the support he has always had from his family and staff of the health group, "without which the expansion of Hospiten would not have been possible”.
"If Hospiten is known for anything today, in addition to the quality of their health services, it is for being one of the Canary groups that has managed to open new markets outside the archipelago and expand its presence in the international arena," said Pedro Luis Cobiella Beauvais, who recalled that thanks to constant work the group already has 19 hospitals and specialty centers spread over four countries - Spain, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Mexico.
