A commitment to quality
The Hospiten Group is an international health network committed to providing high quality service, with almost 50 years of experience - we have twenty private medical-hospital centers in Spain, the Dominican Republic, Mexic, Jamaica and Panama, and more than one hundred ambulatory health centers, both their own and associated under the brand Clinic Assist. Currently we attend one million seven hundred thousand patients a year with a workforce of more than 5,000 people.
The Hospiten Group has always based its management model on the efficiency of all its activities and services, thanks, in large part, to our strong commitment to quality and the environment that is transmitted to all our personnel.
Proof of this is the certification of all the Hospiten Group centers according to the strictest norms and international standards in Quality and Environment, such as the International Standard UNE EN ISO 9001: 2015 and UNE EN ISO 14001: 2015.
In 2022, the Hospiten Group obtained the EFQM 500 seal for European Excellence, issued by AENOR and awarded by the "European Quality Management Foundation", which distinguishes those organizations that base their strategy on excellence in all their areas.
