The president of the group, Pedro Luis Cobiella, states that through this action the Hospiten Group supports the integration of disabled people in sport and facilitating their enjoyment of the world of sport
Santa Cruz de Tenerife, April 28 2017: The president of Hospiten, Pedro Luis Cobiella, accompanied by board member of the Hospiten Group, Diana Cobiella, participated in the presentation of a specially adapted vehicle to the director of the Sports Association for the Disabled in Tenerife (Ademi), Carlos Correa.
Mr. Cobiella pointed out that with this donation “Hospiten endorses the full integration of disabled people in sport and facilitating their enjoyment of the world of sport, by means of a specially adapted vehicle for Ademi members who do not have their own means of getting to a sports center to train”.
He added that the action forms parts of the Hospiten Group’s social responsibility policy through which the company aims to work with society and to improve the quality of life of the Canary people.
The donation made by Hospiten and other companies to purchase the vehicle accompanies the publication of the book “A special friend”, 500 copies of which have been handed out to children admitted to the group’s hospitals and pediatrics services.
