COVID TESTING INFORMATION
Guests must read and understand all the information in this document.
It is your responsibility:
- To know the requirements set by the country you are traveling to and your airline (what type of test you need, how far in advance you need to be tested, what information needs to be included in the report)
- To get an appointment at the COVID TEST area before the date when your test sample needs to be taken
- APPOINTMENT HOURS: MONDAY TO SUNDAY (FROM 8:00 AM TO 1:00PM - FROM 2:00 PM TO 5:00 PM)
- No test samples will be taken without an appointment
- If you are traveling in a family group, only one member is allowed to make the appointment, so as to avoid crowds and waiting
- You must bring ALL the passports of the people who are going to be tested
- If testing is not included, take your means of payment with you. Payment must be made when the appointment is made
- Test results are e-mailed within the established time frame. Please be patient about this, because it takes some time to process the tests, record the results, write out the reports and send them securely
- It is the guest’s responsibility to check the report’s information on receipt of the report
- In case of any incidents, we will be pleased to help you. DO NOT LEAVE FOR THE AIRPORT WITHOUT YOUR RESULTS
TEST OF ANTIGENS
PAYMENT Consult at the testing area
APPOINTMENT 2 or 3 days before your fligh
Hours 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM from 2.30 PM to 5.00 PM
Bring the voucher you received at reception if this is included
Just one person per family unit
Bring ALL passports
TEST SAMPLE Taken 1 day before your flight
RESULTS E-mailed to you in the afternoon/evening of the day the sample was taken
INCIDENTS If you do not receive your results in the established time frame or your results contain a mistake, there is a form you can obtain from the Concierge or the Covid Testing area
PCR TEST
PAYMENT 80 USD per person /At the testing area
APPOINTMENT 4 or 5 days before your flight
Hours 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM and from 2.30 PM to 5.00 PM
Just one person per family unit
Bring ALL passports
TEST SAMPLE Taken 3 days before your flight
RESULTS E-mailed to you in the afternoon/evening of the day before your flight leaves
INCIDENTS If you do not receive your results in the established time frame or your results contain a mistake, there is a form you can obtain from the Doctor’s Office or the Covid Testing area
