This meeting is part of the round of contacts whose aim is to publicize the experience in the health sector in Puerto Vallarta.
Hospiten has recently received the visit of representatives of the public and private sectors with the aim of showing them the hospital’s facilities and medical services. This is the case of the Secretary of Tourism of Jalisco (SECTURJAL) Enrique Ramos Flores, who has offered to work hand in hand with the group to promote medical tourism in Puerto Vallarta, with the best technology and hospital services in the region.
In this regard, the Medical Director, Dr. Marcelo Basave Rojas, and the General Manager, Antonio Fernandez, of Hospiten Puerto Vallarta received the head of SECTURJAL, as well as the General Director for the Promotion of Tourism of the State, Miguel Gonzalez and the regional delegate for tourism Ludwig Estrada Virgen, and showed them the facilites, the services and equioment aimed at the tourism, health and social sector.
Hospiten values ??the organization of such meetings to promote the demand for health services, create networks of contact between the different agencies, and explore the possibility of new investments and future projects as a whole, for the benefit of citizens.
The areas visited during the tour were: the outpatients’ area, specially equipped offices for pediatric patients, the orthopedics and trauma area, dermatology, plastic surgery, thoracic surgery, internal medicine and cardiology, among other specialties, intensive care and operating rooms.
The state tourism representative congratulated Hospiten and offered his support for the Group's services which are totally open to all types of patients, both local and international, in order to provide medical services to those who require it, particularly in hemodynamics.
After the visit further meetings were agreed to continue the work between the Jalisco Secretary of Tourism and the Hospiten Group to promote the resort from the medical sector.
