The second winter transfer for the Tenerife club underwent the standard check-ups on Tuesday morning at HospitenRambla, the club’s official Medical Service, before finishing the last administrative steps and being presented as a new member of the Blue and Whites.
The stress test, seen here in the photos, was supervised by cardiologist Dr. Antonio Castro. After the test Diego Rivas attended the press and stated that he is looking forward to this new phase in a club with so much history, as is Tenerife FC. He said that his desire is to help and support the team, having watched live the club’s victory over Hercules FC, but also insisted that he has not come to substitute anyone, but that he, Diego Rivas, has come to compete and to be at the disposition of the manager as of next Wednesday.
Once the medical results are in and the administrative details are complete, Diego Rivas will be presented this afternoon in the Press Room at the H. Rodriguez Lopez stadium by the Tenerife FC Sports Director, Quique Medina.
