Hospiten Roca collaborates, for the second year, with a donation of 6,000 euros on the campaign launched by the Elomar Association, to ensure that all children from vulnerable families living in the municipality of San Bartolome receive a toy on Kings’ Day.
This initiative, in which a personalized gift will be given to more than 250 children, is part of the corporate social responsibility policy that the Hospiten Group is continuously applying and with which it aims to work with with society and improve the quality of life of the most vulnerable groups.
The NGO Elomar, located in San Fernando de Maspalomas, was founded by a couple, Eloisa Hernandez and Marcelo Santana, who altruistically help some 1,600 people from Social Services in the town of San Bartolome de Tirajana from their stall in the Maspalomas Municipal Market. Likewise, it is mainly supported by donations from the Las Palmas food bank.
The Hospiten Group is an international healthcare network with 50 years of experience committed to providing service of the highest quality, which has twenty private medical-hospital centers in Spain, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica and Panama, and more than one hundred ambulatory health centers under the Clinic Assist brand. The group is chaired by Dr. Pedro Luis Cobiella and attends more than 1,700,000 patients from around the world a year, and employs more than 5,000 people.
