Santa Cruz de Tenerife, December 15. Four of the Hospiten Group hospitals (Hospiten Rambla, Lanzarote, Roca and Estepona) have been awarded BSH-Best Spanish Hospital Awards, in the second edition of the awards, in which more than 100 medical centers from all over Spain participate voluntarily.
The awards recognize hospital excellence in 2020 on the basis of indicators of efficiency, adequacy and quality of care of the participating centers in different categories and services.
Hospiten Roca was awarded the best medium-sized private hospital in the Circulatory System and Respiratory System categories; Hospiten Estepona, the best small private hospital in the Circulatory System category; Hospiten Lanzarote as the best small private hospital in the Respiratory System category; and Hospiten Rambla, was a finalist in the Nervous System category, along with Estepona and Lanzarote.
Pedro Luis Cobiella Beauvais, Managing Director of the Hospiten Group, spoke of his gratitude for these awards, which "are the recognition of the extraordinary work done by Hospiten professionals, a clear commitment and dedication to seeking excellence in the care of our patients".
The objective of these awards is to promote clinical management, aimed at the continuous improvement of public and private Spanish hospitals and one of the reasons the BSH Awards are of particular interest is that all participating centers will receive detailed information on their results in the categories analyzed, which will allow them to identify those factors to improve or enhance.
