Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, November 2021: The Hospiten Roca centers in San Agustin and Vecindario renew and improve with their QH +1 Accreditation, awarded by the IDIS Foundation, which measures excellence in quality.
The aim of this seal of excellence is to ensure the best procedures and processes, in safety and results, always taking into consideration each individual person, their circumstances and context. For this reason, the synthetic indicator on which the QH recognition is based is so important since it brings together all the most relevant certifications in terms of quality, excellence in service, safety and social responsibility, among others.
Dr. Cristina Roca, President and Managing Director of Hospiten Roca, states that for Hospiten Roca receiving this accreditation is the recognition of all the hard work invested in ensuring quality of care and patient experience. “Such recognition helps us and motivates us to continue striving every day for improvement in our procedures to offer our patients quality care. It is a continuous journey towards excellence in healthcare quality where the patient is our priority. Their satisfaction is key to us. It represents an added value for our patients in terms of safety and encourages us to continue our policies of quality, excellence and innovation”.
The QH seal of excellence, promoted by IDIS, now holding its 8th edition, and which has been awarded to 136 entities, recognizes quality of care in public and private health organizations who understand the concept to be a culture of improvement.
The IDIS Foundation is a non-profit organization whose objective is to showcase the contribution of private healthcare to the healthcare in our country and to promote the improvement of the health of all Spanish citizens. To do so, the foundation encourages and develops all initiatives from private healthcare that are aimed at achieving an optimal level of care and health for all sectors of the population.
