The agreement contemplates the training of healthcare staff by means of talks, and medical care for Fasican users through free monthly telematic consultations.
The project aims to guarantee access to healthcare for deaf people under equal conditions, by means of tools and protocols designed for the needs of this diverse group. There is currently a community of some 30,000 deaf people in the Canary Islands
