The Hospiten Group will have new facilities in Cabo San Lucas

The Hospiten Group has begun construction of what will be its new facilities in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur. A medical and hospital center that will be equipped with 18 rooms, 6 intensive therapy rooms with special facilities for isolated patients, 2 operating rooms, 10 emergency cubicles, 11 consultation rooms, a delivery room, a hemodynamics room, a radio diagnostic area with magnetic resonance imaging, a computerized axial tomography, a 3D-4D ultrasound, an x-ray, a laboratory, and other services. All will be available to residents and visitors to the area.

 

The new Hospiten project is located at Km 1 on the Transpeninsular Highway in front of the Plaza Comercial Cabo San Lucas. The first stages of construction have begun and the laying of the first stone has taken place and the foundation has been laid. It is expected that construction of the structure of the building will be completed in December this year and the facility will be open in the latter part of 2018.

In November last year, at the opening event of Hospiten San José del Cabo, Dr. Pedro Luis Cobiella Suárez, President of the Hospiten Group, voiced the dream of this new project stating that it would take an investment of 30 million dollars. Now that dream is becoming a reality.
