In a context where digital is becoming ever more important and necessary, the Hospiten Group presents its new free, easy-to-use application for their patients and families, for use, in the first phase of its rollout, with their hospitals in Spain. The application allows users to access their medical records and always have their appointment and test history at hand.
With this new application, available from the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android, users can schedule, consult or reschedule their medical appointments and those of their family members. Another function of the new app is that the user will be able to consult their test results (laboratory and COVID-19 tests) with double verification for greater security of their data.
The managing director of the Hospiten Group, Pedro Luis Cobiella, who is at the head of the company’s commitment to the digitization, states “that this new app will allow us to communicate better with our patients, who will be able to connect with our hospitals easily, rapidly and safely”.
For Pedro Luis Cobiella, implementing this new app "is a qualitative step in the care that we already offer our users by bringing our services closer and allowing users to interact with us from anywhere and at any time, which gives our patients a more active role”.
With this app, the Hospiten Group offers all users registered in its online appointment system, a much more convenient, straightforward access through their mobile phone or tablet, and in which new functions will be implemented in the future to improve the patient experience.
