The Hospiten Group has carried out a pioneering study in Europe of the impact that resistance tests have on women in 34 runners who took part in the last edition of the Fred Olsen Tenerife Bluetrail with the aim of learning the effects on the heart after a high intensity mountain test and how it recovered.
