Hospiten recognizes the work of retired staff and workers who have completed 25 years of professional experience in the hospital network. To this end, the healthcare group organized an event to pay tribute to their commitment while highlighting the work of those who have been an essential part of its history and growth. On this occasion, 45 professionals who have completed 25 years of work were recognized, as well as the work of 15 people who have retired during this 2025.

"It is a feeling of tiredness or fatigue, lack of energy, low performance, depersonalization and, therefore, a sense of failure and frustration. This has a negative effect on the physical and mental health of the person, causing, in many cases, a pernicious effect on health," explains Silvia Morales, a psychologist in the child, adolescent and adult area of the Hospiten Roca hospital.

Hospiten has carried out the first observational and prospective study on eating habits among its staff, with the aim of finding out the eating patterns of its team and thus be able to evaluate the nutritional status of a representative sample of its staff. The initiative, coordinated by the Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics Unit at MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid-Hospiten and led by its head, Dr. Pedro Robledo, aims to promote work environments that encourage the adoption of healthy habits, as well as identifying possible areas for improvement within the company.
