MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid organizes a preceptorship with a focus on the current challenges in neuroendocrine tumors

The Training Program in Nursing Units and Management aims to train professionals from the field of nursing within the organization, so that they can access nursing management positions in the Group’s different hospitals –a training action that is now in its seventh edition.

Five candidates from different hospital centers successfully completed their training and received their corresponding diplomas at an event held at the Oliver Club in the Tenerife capital, which was attended by Juan Jose Hernandez Rubio, CEO of the Hospiten Group, Pedro Luis Cobiella Beauvais , Managing Director of the Hospiten Group and Diana Cobiella Beauvais, Board Member of the Hospiten Group. Also present were, the directors of nursing services at the hospital centers in the Canary Islands and Estepona.

In this seventh edition the five candidates were Yunisleydi Camacho from Hospiten Rambla, Carmen Pilar Diaz-Carrasco from MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid, Margarita Jose Freitas from Hospiten Lanzarote, Maria Dos Anjos da Silva from Hospiten Sur and Maria de Fatima Moreira from Hospiten Roca.

The directors of this VII Training Program in Nursing Units and Management were Rafael Navarro Bravo, Operations Director of the Hospiten Group and Jesus Alarcon Simarro, Human Resources Director of the Hospiten Group.

A theoretical-practical training program divided into nine training modules: Health Legislation, Human Resources, the Hospiten Group’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems, Hospital Organization, Management of Operating Areas, Administrative Procedures, Marketing, Commercial and Communications Area, Patient Safety and International Project Management.
