My Health is a program that offers a variety of services designed to ensure members receive quick and professional solutions to their medical needs. The My Health membership is offered to foreign residents over 50 years old who live in Puerto Vallarta for three or more months per year. Each new member receives a comprehensive health assessment as part of the registration process.

24-hour home medical care and phone assistance
The program is designed to provide medical assistance 24 hours a day, as needed. A simple call to our My Health number (322) 226-6888 will connect you with a doctor who is available at all times. The on-duty general physician will first have a phone conversation with you and then visit your home to assess and assist you. In more serious situations, an ambulance will be dispatched to your residence immediately.
Please note that this service does not include specialist consultations at Hospiten. The membership also does not cover hospitalization fees, treatments, or special tests.
Transportation to the hospital
As mentioned above, if necessary, an ambulance can be sent to transport you to Hospiten. This service is included in the membership.
Additionally, Hospiten is committed to ensuring your safe return home after a period of hospitalization as part of its discharge planning initiative (see additional information below).
