CLINIC ASSIST is a subsidiary of the HOSPITEN Group, created to provide outpatient medical services.
CLINIC ASSIST was launched in the year 2003 through medical centers strategically located in the main tourist resorts and towns in those countries where the company is present (Spain, The Dominican Republic, Mexico and Jamaica). 
This network of medical centers covers towns like Bavaro, Juan Dolio, Boca Chica, Santo Domingo and Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic.
In Mexico, there are centers in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, whilst in Spain they can be found in the Canary Islands and on the Costa del Sol (Malaga).
In Jamaica, CLINIC ASSIST medical centers can be found in the major tourist areas of Ocho Rios, Montego Bay and Negril.
